What is Hanami?
Hanami (花見) is a traditional Japanese custom of enjoying the transient beauty of cherry blossoms, known as sakura. During spring, people gather under blooming cherry trees to enjoy picnics, socialize, and appreciate the blossoms, symbolizing the beauty and fleeting nature of life. This practice is celebrated across Japan and is a significant cultural event each year.
